Portion Of Beaver Lake Park Closed Sept. 15-18

SAMMAMISH, WA—If you're looking to take your big pooch to its normal play spot at Beaver Lake Park in the coming days, you will have to wait.

According to city officials, the large dog side will be closed for surface improvements beginning Tue, Sept. 15 through Friday, Sept. 18.

"The resurfacing/drainage project began last winter and this current closure will allow for the work to be completed prior to the return of the rain," city officials said on their official website.

The small dog portion of the dog park, however, will be open to all size pups for the duration of the work.
